Employment Contracts: Our partners, Law Firm in Cyprus prepares the employment contract of your employees as per the Cyprus Employment Law and the EU standards.
Employer’s registration to the Social Insurance office: We collect the required documents from you, and we finalise the registration of your company or an individual person to the Social Insurance Office for approval. We follow up your application until the approval and the issuance of the employer’s number (‘A.M.E’).
Employment of employee(s): We prepare and submit the employment applications to the online portal of the governmental department in compliance with the EU Directive of the Terms of Employees.
Payment of Social Insurance Contributions: We complete and submit the monthly social insurance forms to the SI office and we instruct the payment from your bank account directly.
Payroll set-up: We set up your monthly payroll, including employer and employee registration with the Social Insurance Office.
Payroll registration and de-registration: We will compliantly register your employees for global payroll. In case of termination then, we'll de-register them, if or when they end their employment in a given location.
Local payroll calculations: We generate salary calculations, including taxes and other mandatory contributions as per the Regulations of the Employment Law Department.
Local records and reporting: We create and file comprehensive reports, as well as securely-held payroll records – accessible, whenever you require.
Deregistration from Social Insurance office: If the Employer decide to apply for de-registration from the SI office, we provide advise of the required actions would be taken and we handle the whole process accordingly.
